Vintage inspired

Another entry on her blog is for a Full, Gathered Skirt. The first one I will make will be from the white with turquoise polka dots (from an estate sale). Then the red with white polka dots (Joanne's). Then the very fall-ish velvety brown taffeta (also Joanne's). Yummy!
