Oven French Toast

Ingredients:

Creamy Carmel Sauce
Prepared Bountiful Beer Bread cubes
Cinnamon Sugar

1 cup Milk

Pour Creamy Carmel Sauce into the bottom of a greased 8 x 8 baking dish, appox. 1/8". Spread Beer bread over the carmel, approximately 1" to 2". Liberally sprinkle bread cubes with cinnamon and sugar. Beat Eggs and Milk and pour over bread cubes.
Cover and refrigerate an hour (or longer-overnight works well). Remove cover and bake at 350 degrees approximately 45 minutes (until center puffs up or knife inserted in the center comes out clean).

Note: you can make this is a bread loaf pan. Just use 4 eggs and 3/4 cup milk.

Ingredients:
Apple Crisp CB (retail or 2 sample)
8 oz cream cheese
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 c sugar (to taste)
Nana's Apple Cake Mix
2 c chopped apples (or 1 c applesauce)
2 eggs
Creamy Caramel Sauce


Directions:
Combine Apple Crisp CB Mix packet 1 and the next 4 ingredients; blend until smooth and set aside.

Prepare Nana's Apple Cake Mix as directed on package with apples and eggs; spread into greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.

Spread cream cheese mixture over cake; bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until mixture is set and browns lightly on edges. Sprinkle Apple Crisp CB packet 2 over the baked cheesecake layer. Cool completely; drizzle with creamy caramel sauce. Keep refrigerated.


Number Of Servings:Makes 20-24 servings.

Awesome Amaretto Brownie Bites

Ingredients:
Truffle Fudge Brownie Mix
4 oz. softened cream cheese
½ cup melted butter
1 egg
2.5 oz Awesome Amaretto Cocoa Mix
¼ - ½ cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Combine ingredients. Form 1 inch balls and place on baking stone. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for a couple minutes & then move to cooling rack.

Title: Sweet bell pepper bites

Description:
These are SO simple, and very delicious! A nice alternative from pizza rolls.

Ingredients:
2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 cup Sweet bell pepper dip
2 cups shredded mozarella cheese


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and give a quick spray of Pam; separate crescents into individual triangles and align on baking sheet. Make sweet bell pepper dip and spread the mixture on the triangles. Sprinkle with mozarella cheese and roll the triangle from the widest end first. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve warm.

Title: Antipasto Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
1 pound of pasta of choice
1/4 pound salami, chopped
1/4 pound pepperoni sausage, chopped
1 container of shredded Asiago cheese
1 (6 ounce) can black olives, drained and chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 pkg of grape tomatoes, sliced
1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
1/2-3/4 bottle of Balsamic & Basil dipping oil


Directions:
Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, and cool under cold water.
In a large bowl, combine the pasta, salami, pepperoni, Asiago cheese, black olives, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and tomatoes. Stir in the envelope of dressing mix. Cover, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Just before serving pour Balsamic & Basil dipping oil over salad

Title: Breakfast On the Go!

Description:
These are easy and great. My family likes me to make them the minature muffins or medium-sized. You can freeze these and use when needed. Just take out of the freezer and put in the microwave and off you go!

Ingredients:
8 eggs
Black pepper to taste
Bountiful Beer Bread Mix
1 lb. brouwned, drained ground breakfast sausage
12 oz beer (or pop)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Mix eggs and pepper: scramble in skillet. Combine bread mix and beer; add well drained sausage, eggs and cheese. Bake in greased muffin tins at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes or until done.

Number Of Servings:Makes at least 14-18 servings (more if smaller size)

Preparation Time:15-30 minutes


Title: Candied Carrots

Description:
A yummy side dish for any meal... This is a "season to your taste" type of dish- I don't measure when I made them.

Ingredients:
1 small bag baby carrots, cut in half
Molasses
Warm Up Mulling Spice


Directions:
In medium sauce pan, add several cups water and bag of carrots. Bring water to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until carrots are tender. Pour out most of the water. Add several tablespoons of molasses. If too thick, add a little more water to make it more of a "glaze" consistency. Add a couple teaspoons of Warm Up Mulling Spice, and taste. Add more molasses or WUMS if you want to.

Makes 72 cookies
Oven 375 degrees

The addition of your choice of liqueur gives these rich childhood favorites a grown-up slant. If you plan to share them with children, use milk instead of liqueur.

4 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup unsweetened coca powder
2/3 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup shortening
1 ½ cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
3 tablespoons amaretto, coffee liqueur, crème de cocoa or milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate pieces
¾ cup finely chopped pecans or almonds
Sugar


Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine flour and cocoa powder, set flour mixture aside.
2. In a large mixing bowl beat butter and shortening with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add the 1 ½ cups sugar and baking powder. Beat until combined, scraping sides of fowl occasionally. Beat in eggs, choice of liqueur, and vanilla until combined. Beat in a much flour mixture as you can with the mixer. Stir in any remaining flour mixture with a wooden spoon. Stir in chocolate pieces and nuts.
3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten each piece of dough with the bottom of a glass dipped in additional sugar.* Bake at 375 degrees oven for 7 minutes to 9 minutes of until edges are firm. Transfer cookies to a wire rack and let cool.

*Note: So sugar will stick to the glass, first dip the bottom of the glass in the cookie dough. Next, dip it into sugar.
